Authorizing the State Board of Electrologists to conduct inspections of home offices; altering the number of hours of instruction that an applicant for a license to practice electrology must complete satisfactorily for a license; altering requirements for the reactivation of licenses of individuals who are on inactive status; adding grounds for discipline; clarifying the authority of the Board to approve electrology education programs; etc.
