Worcester County - State's Attorney - Salary and Private Practice Restriction

Synopsis:

Establishing the salary of the State's Attorney for Worcester County at 90% of the salary of a District Court judge; authorizing the Board of County Commissioners for Worcester County to set the salary of the State's Attorney for Worcester County above 90% under certain circumstances; requiring the State's Attorney for Worcester County to serve full time; prohibiting the private practice of law after December 1998; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent State's Attorney.
