Synopsis:

Extending to all of Montgomery County the authority to issue pub-brewery alcoholic beverages licenses and the requirement that a holder of a pub-brewery license enter into a certain agreement with the Department of Liquor Control; including Montgomery County among those jurisdictions in which a micro-brewery license may be issued; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Montgomery County.
