Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages (Dispensary System) MC 615-96

Synopsis:

Terminating, in Montgomery County, the alcoholic beverages dispensary system and the Department of Liquor Control; repealing specified powers, duties, and obligations of the Department of Liquor Control and the Liquor Control Board; and requiring the retail dispensary system to be terminated by October 1, 1997 and the wholesale dispensary system to be terminated by October 1, 2000, provided the General Assembly enacts a comprehensive plan that creates a rational system for retail and wholesale alcoholic beverages licenses.
