Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene under certain circumstances to hire and train certain individuals receiving assistance under the program of Aid to Families with Dependent Children to staff a program involving the enrollment of Medical Assistance Program recipients into managed care organizations; altering provisions of law related to the Maryland Medical Assistance Program regarding a federal waiver and the enrollment of Program recipients into managed care organizations; etc.
