Baltimore County Detention Center - Authorization for Medical Treatment of Juvenile Inmates

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Administrator of the Baltimore County Detention Center or designee to authorize medical treatment of a juvenile inmate of the Detention Center when the treatment is required in the judgment of the Administrator or designee and a parent, guardian, or person in loco parentis is not available on a timely basis to give the authorization; and providing that no liability shall attach to the Administrator or designee for authorizing the medical treatment.
