Synopsis:

Providing that deputy directors under the Prince George's County Planning Board meet specified requirements and receive compensation in accordance with the Planning Board's budget; providing that specified managerial personnel are appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Planning Board; and permitting individuals serving as deputy directors on June 30, 1996, to elect to remain in the merit system.
