Synopsis:

Providing for a transition for the holders of alcoholic beverages licenses in that portion of the City of Takoma Park that will become part of Montgomery County when the City is unified; creating alcoholic beverages licenses in Montgomery County that are similar to those issued in the portion of the City that is to be unified; altering a prior enactment and making provision for the terms of the licenses; and providing for the abrogation of certain provisions.
