Ethics Law - Lobbyists' Invitations to Functions - Statement of Value and Donor

Synopsis:

Requiring regulated lobbyists to state in the invitation to an event or function the value of the event or function and the name of the donor if different from the named sponsor, if the invitation is extended to all members of the General Assembly, all the members of either the House of Delegates or the Senate of Maryland, or to all the members of a standing committee of the General Assembly.
