Synopsis:

Providing that, in the event of a foreclosure sale, a lien on a condominium unit consisting of not more than 6 months of unpaid condominium assessments is prior to a first mortgage or deed of trust if the assessments included in the lien are based on specified expenses and made in accordance with the annual budget of the council of unit owners.
