Synopsis:

Providing that a person may not provide alcoholic beverages to another person if the provider knows that the other person is under age 21 and the provider furnishes the alcoholic beverage for the purpose of consumption by the other person or if the alcoholic beverage is placed in the possession of or under the control of the other person.
