Fair Employment Practices Act

Synopsis:

Establishing the responsibilities and authority of specified hearing examiners and the courts in specified employment discrimination cases; authorizing a hearing examiner to enjoin specified actions and order specified damages, attorney fees, and costs in employment discrimination cases under specified circumstances; declaring findings by the General Assembly; providing compensatory damages, punitive damages, and other equitable or monetary relief in specified employment discrimination cases; etc.
