Economic Development Opportunities Program Fund

Synopsis:

Expanding the Department of Business and Economic Development's annual reporting requirements to the Governor and the General Assembly to include information about Economic Development Opportunities Program Fund disbursements and Fund recipients' attainment of performance requirements; providing that the Economic Development Opportunities Program Fund may be used only when performance requirements are negotiated with and agreed to by Fund recipients; etc.
