Synopsis:

Allowing workers' compensation insurers to use rate credits for employers who agree to use managed care plans that are offered by the insurers; requiring an insurer that uses the rate credit authorized by the Act to file the rate credit with the Insurance Commissioner; providing that a certain right of an injured employee is not limited; etc.
