Synopsis:

Requiring the State Administrative Board of Election Laws to review all reports and statements of contributions and expenditures that are filed with the Board to determine if the report or statement is in compliance with the requirements of law; authorizing the Board to conduct audits and investigations, hold hearings, issue civil actions, and refer matters for criminal prosecution; etc.
