Synopsis:

Authorizing the county boards of education to place or allow the placement of commercial advertisements and public service messages on the exterior of school buses; requiring the State Superintendent, in consultation with the MVA, to adopt specified regulations; prohibiting the placement of signs on the exterior of a school bus that reduce the visibility of lettering required to be on the exterior of the bus; authorizing the county boards to charge fees and to use the fees for transportation purposes; etc.
