Synopsis:

Providing that one of the purposes of the 911 Trust Fund is to fund the Poison Prevention Center at the University of Maryland; and requiring the Comptroller to pay a certain amount of the funds into a special fund, to be used only for the Poison Prevention Center at the University of Maryland.
