Synopsis:

Requiring an express affirmative vote to amend the bylaws of a condominium; providing that the council of unit owners or a group of five or more individual unit owners may propose amendments to the bylaws of a condominium; requiring the council of unit owners to hold an open meeting to consider and vote on the proposed amendments; requiring the board of directors or a committee of the board of directors to provide at least 3 days notice for regular and special meetings except in the case of emergencies; etc.
