Synopsis:

Providing that work performed by an individual referred by a nurse registry is not covered for purposes of unemployment insurance or workers' compensation if the individual may accept or reject the referral, is not under the control and direction of the nurse registry, and has entered into an agreement with the nurse registry that provides that the individual is responsible for paying certain income taxes and advises the individual that the work is not covered for purposes of unemployment insurance or workers' compensation.
