Synopsis:

Altering collective bargaining provisions affecting employees of the Prince George's County Sheriff's office to expand the matters subject to collective bargaining; providing that the County Executive and Sheriff shall participate in the collective bargaining process; and making the County Executive the employer for certain benefits and the Sheriff the employer for purposes of collective bargaining for hours and conditions of employment.
