Prohibiting a recorded covenant or restriction, declaration, bylaw, or rule of a condominium, homeowners association, or a cooperative housing corporation from restricting home-based businesses or free political expression; requiring the Secretary of State to establish a certain dispute resolution service; providing for neutral parties to hear and determine complaints by condominium unit owners; etc.
