Synopsis:

Defining sexual harassment; requiring employers to provide employees with information concerning sexual harassment via posters in the workplace and individualized notice; requiring employers with 15 or more employees to conduct education and training seminars on sexual harassment for supervisors and new employees; requiring the Human Relations Commission to provide posters containing information about sexual harassment to employers upon request and specifying deadlines for compliance with notice and training requirements.
