Adults With Developmental Disabilities - Study of Services and Placements

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to conduct a study of the extent to which individuals with developmental disabilities who are at least 21 years old are denied appropriate services or placed in inappropriate settings; and requiring the Board and Department to report to the General Assembly before a specified date.
