Creating a State Debt not to exceed $300,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Baltimore City Life Museums, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and equipping of a warehouse to serve as a storage and management facility for the historical collections of the City Life Museums and to complete the construction of a paved courtyard, which shall be the public entrance to five museums and historic sites; and requiring a historic easement.
