Allowing the possession of specimens of specified legally taken game birds or game mammals for personal use; eliminating the requirement for a permit to possess game birds and game mammals for food; allowing possession of specified parts of specified game birds and game mammals for personal use; allowing possession and sale of specified articles of commerce manufactured from deer antlers under specified circumstances; etc.
