Synopsis:

Prohibiting active participation in a criminal gang and the willful promotion or assistance in any felonious criminal conduct by members of a criminal gang; establishing additional terms of imprisonment for offenses committed in association with a criminal gang; establishing penalties for persons who use or threaten physical violence to coerce a minor to participate in a criminal gang; and providing for the confiscation and forfeiture of weapons owned or possessed for the purpose of the commission of criminal gang activity.
