Motorcycles - Protective Headgear Requirements - Exemption

Synopsis:

Exempting individuals at least 18 years old who successfully complete the Motorcycle Safety Program from protective headgear requirements; and requiring the Motorcycle Safety Program to include instruction on the proper use of protective headgear.
