Synopsis:

Establishing a Delinquent Act Injuries Compensation Fund within the Department of Juvenile Justice; authorizing the juvenile court to require a child to earn compensation for the purpose of making restitution payments by performing community service in certain community service programs; authorizing the juvenile court to order that restitution against a juvenile found to have committed a delinquent act be paid to the Fund; etc.
