Licensing and Regulation - State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration to give not more than 6 years' credit toward licensure for prior experience that is comparable to other licensure requirements; requiring the Board to give not more than 3 years' credit toward licensure to individuals who have taught formal courses of study in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, or refrigeration services; etc.
