Sunny Day Fund - Report of Department of Business and Economic Development

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Business and Economic Development, when making a request to the Legislative Policy Committee for a transfer of funds from the Economic Development Opportunities Program (Sunny Day) Fund, to report to the Committee about specified activities of the ultimate recipient of the funds concerning individuals who receive assistance from the Aid to Families with Dependent Children Program; and providing that specified requirements applicable to the Department are not applicable to the ultimate recipient of funds from the Fund.
