Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Fiscal Services to prepare an impact on children analysis rating and an impact on children analysis concerning the effect of legislation on children as a group; requiring agencies of the executive branch of State government to prepare an impact on children analysis rating and an impact on children analysis; and specifying the circumstances and procedures applicable to the preparation and transmittal of impact on children analysis ratings and impact on children analysis.
