Synopsis:

Requiring that an environmental audit be conducted in accordance with a regulated entity's written policy; specifying the contents of an environmental audit report; prohibiting the Department from imposing specified penalties on a regulated entity for specified environmental violations if the regulated entity discovers the violation as a result of an environmental audit and follows specified conditions; requiring the Department to promptly verify the regulated entity concerning immunity; etc.
