Establishing a Community Services Trust Fund for the purpose of holding certain moneys that result from the long-term lease or sale of property and equipment of a Developmental Disabilities Administration facility or Mental Hygiene Administration facility; specifying the accounts in the Trust Fund; specifying the transfer of certain moneys from the accounts in the Trust Fund under certain circumstances; specifying the method of expenditures from the Trust Fund; etc.
