Synopsis:

Modifying vision requirements for an unrestricted driver's license to require that an applicant's field of vision be continuous and clarifying that acuity and field requirements must be simultaneously met; modifying vision requirements required to qualify for restricted licenses; authorizing the issuance of a special restricted license to an individual with specified vision, subject to specified requirements and restrictions; etc.
