Creating a Task Force to Study Deer Overpopulation; providing for the membership of the Task Force; providing duties for the Task Force including studying the effects of deer overpopulation on agriculture, traffic safety, insurance payments and insurance rates, and forestry and reforestation; providing for the effective date of the Act; and providing for the termination of the Task Force on December 31, 1996.
