Vehicle Laws - Drunk and Drugged Driving - Ignition Interlock System Program

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to provide enhanced driver's license suspensions for individuals who are assessed a specified number of points after a conviction for drunk or drugged driving; authorizing the Administration to establish an Ignition Interlock System Program; authorizing the Administration to reduce the suspension of the driver's license of a participant in the Program; authorizing the Administration to reinstate the revoked driver's license of a participant in the Program; etc.
