Board of Chiropractic Examiners - Unauthorized Practice of Chiropractic and Injunctive Actions

Synopsis:

Establishing specified penalties for persons found guilty of attempting to practice or practicing chiropractic without a license or misrepresenting to the public that the person is authorized to practice chiropractic; authorizing an action to be maintained in the name of the State or by the Board to enjoin certain persons from practicing chiropractic without a license or engaging in certain conduct under certain circumstances; etc.
