Synopsis:

Increasing the time required before which an individual may file an application with the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) for the reinstatement of a driver's license revoked a certain number of times; eliminating a requirement that the MVA investigate the character of a person whose driver's license or privilege to drive in the State has been revoked before the MVA may reinstate the person's license or privilege to drive; etc.
