Requiring firefighters for the Martin State Airport who are employed by the Military Department on or after July 1, 1996 to become members of the State Law Enforcement Officers' and Firefighters' Pension System; renaming the Natural Resources Pension System; making membership optional for firefighters for the Martin State Airport employed by the Military Department on June 30, 1996; correcting cross-references; providing for the correction of other cross-references; providing for the transfer of funds; etc.
