Synopsis:

Requiring a distributor to disclose fully to a prospective dealer information about the formula, method, and calculation used by the distributor to establish the rent to be charged for the marketing premises; providing that any provision of a marketing agreement is void and unenforceable to the extent that it seeks to collect a rent for the marketing premises that is in excess of a specified amount; etc.
