Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to order a person committing an act of graffiti to pay restitution or perform community service; requiring a juvenile court, on finding that a child has committed an act of graffiti, to order the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend the child's driver's license for up to 2 years; etc.
