Requiring the Mass Transit Administration to transfer all functions of the Mass Transit Administration police force to one or more private contractors by July 1, 1997; requiring the Administrator to reimburse a private contractor; requiring a private contractor to offer employment to members of the police force; requiring a request for proposals to contain certain information; requiring the Administrator to make an annual report on the privatization; requiring the Administrator to make recommendations for statutory changes; etc.
