Controlled Dangerous Substances - Manufacture or Distribution - Drug-Free Zones

Synopsis:

Establishing enhanced penalties for manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, or possessing with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance if the offense occurred within 1,000 feet of an establishment that is licensed to sell alcoholic beverages; establishing that, subject to a specified exception, a person convicted of a subsequent offense under the Act is not eligible for parole for the duration of the sentence imposed; etc.
