Requiring the Liquor Control Board of Harford County to obtain criminal records of alcoholic beverages license applicants from the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services and forward the fingerprints through that unit to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a national criminal records check; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Harford County.
