Rubble Landfills - Environmental Inspectors

Synopsis:

Requiring a permit holder for a rubble landfill to install an environmental inspector at a landfill upon a request from the Department of the Environment or the approving authority; requiring a permit holder to submit specified information to the approving authority before installing the inspector; allowing the authority 15 days to reject the inspector; requiring the inspector to inspect each load of incoming waste and specifying the required condition of the waste before acceptance; etc.
