Rubble Landfills - Recycling Plan

Synopsis:

Requiring that a permit holder for a rubble landfill submit to the Department of the Environment and the approving authority a specified recycling plan by September 1, 1996; requiring that the recycling plan receive the approval of the approving authority before implementation; providing that a permit holder recycle recyclable materials to the extent legally allowed and economically feasible; requiring that a permit holder submit an annual report to the Department and the approving authority; and defining a specified term.
