Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from using certain means to induce a minor under age 14 to accompany the person; providing certain exceptions for persons with express permission and law and other emergency personnel; providing affirmative defenses; providing for a fine up to $500 or imprisonment for not more than 6 months or both for a violation; and generally relating to enticing or inducing minors into certain activities.
