Synopsis:

Granting the Washington County Board of License Commissioners authority to bifurcate and increase Class C BWL license fees, impose specified fees for transferring a license, and to both fine and suspend the license of certain licensees; clarifying language and structure; making the Act an emergency measure; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Washington County.
