Synopsis:

Clarifying that the suspension of a driver's license or privilege to drive for failure to pay child support is exempt from the general limitation that a driver's license or privilege to drive may not be suspended for more than 1 year; requiring that an individual be out of compliance with the latest court order in order for the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend the driving privileges; etc.
