Synopsis:

Prohibiting employers in Frederick County and labor organizations from requiring employees in Frederick County to join, remain members of, or pay dues to a labor organization; requiring employers to provide information to employees; requiring employees who allow employers to deduct from their compensation certain fees or dues to give prior authorization for the deductions; allowing these employees to revoke their authorization; and providing for the investigation of complaints and enforcement of violations of the Act.
